Delicacies is a food and hospitality venture operated as part of the Nuerizo group. Operational systems (point-of-sale, inventory, subscriptions) are provided by Streetly OS. The final operating-entity and data-controller details will be published before online orders or data collection begin.
When ordering, subscribing, or making a catering inquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address, order details, and payment information processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details on our systems.
To prepare and deliver your orders, manage subscriptions, respond to inquiries, send order updates, and improve our food and service. We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with service providers necessary to run the business — delivery partners, payment processors, and our operating software (Streetly OS) — under appropriate confidentiality. A current service-provider list will be published before online ordering begins.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of marketing messages at any time by contacting us. Requests will be handled under the privacy law applicable to the final service location.
